Re-Logic has noticed, and we are pleased to announce that due to the current state of things in the world, we are pushing harder than ever to get Journey's End out to you within the next couple of months! In order to make this possible we will likely have to release localization and Mac/Linux stability in an future patch, but we are also planning to include the ability to load a 1.3.5 version of the game using a branch build in Steam – perfect for mod players as well.The team will also be going over the thousands of entries for the Journey’s End Vanity contest over the next couple of weeks as we try to whittle down to our finalists! There is a chance these won’t be ready for launch, but we will get them in with the postlaunch updates – so don’t worry!Stay safe, stay healthy – and prepare for Journey’s End soon! The focus here is to bring a whole new level of customization to the controls and interface for players along with implementing robust and fully remappable controller support for bluetooth-capable gamepads. Greetings Terrarians!At long last, we have reached the day that once seemed impossible - Terraria on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will receive the 1.3.5 update today, bringing console Terraria up to parity with the live PC version of the game! Terraria 1.3.5 brings a handful of new furniture items, a couple of really cool developer armor sets, and the long-anticipated UI size slider. As usual, the team has tried to roll in a round of bug fixes into the update.

The console team is planning to look into a few quality of life features we have had in mind for a while, along with any further needed bugfixing from this or prior updates. That got us to thinking. What better way to reward that creativity in the final Journey's End update than to give all of you creative geniuses a once-in-a-lifetime chance to get your very own vanity armor design into the game itself?That's right - we are giving everyone a chance to submit their own original ideas for Terraria Vanity Armor/Outfits (Head/Torso/Legs), and the winners will see their ideas make it into the game for the Journey's End update! This is your chance to design your own brand new vanity outfit that you'd like to see added to the game! This is sort of like finding that golden ticket and getting to visit the chocolate factory, except there is no tour and no lifetime.
